Big Sur Jamboree- for those footloose among us!

This troupe of aquababes is famous for their major showtime performances at private and public events– but what’s so great is they’ll also teach YOU their magic! Make a splash and learn the fundamentals of this sport. Aqualillies with teach you sculling techniques, layouts, torpedoes ballet legs and more. You’ll then set your new skills to music with a beautiful athletic routine. Classes can be found at firstname.lastname@example.org– you can go to them, OR they can come to you! Just a heads up, Annenberg Beach House, Glassell Park and Griffith Park all offer classes. Check out the site for details.
They’re all over the runways and on It girls too- so lets make our own! CraftLab Workshop at The Craft and Folk Museum– offers a braiding techniques session – using methods created and used by artist Sonya Clark (on view now at the museum) You’ll work with cloth, yarn and other materials to make your own creations, from bracelets to ruglets. heck, who knows what you’ll come up with!? When: Sunday, August 11 Drop in from 1:30- 3:30pm $7 bucks of Adults, $3 for kids. Members are free- good incentive to join! I wanna go!!
